Terms and Conditions of the zus77 Platform

1. Membership Eligibility

To register and use the zus77 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years old on the date of registration and throughout your membership.
• You are registering in a personal capacity as an individual and not on behalf of a company or corporate entity.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list or prohibition list enforced by any relevant authority.
• Use of the zus77 platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction where you reside.
• You have not previously had an account closed by zus77 due to fraud, system abuse, or a breach of terms.

zus77 reserves the right at any time to request proof of eligibility from any member. Failure to provide the required proof within the specified period will result in the account being suspended while an investigation is carried out.

2. Account Registration and Management

Each zus77 member is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Registering more than one account by the same individual — whether using a different name, email address, phone number, or any other information — is strictly prohibited. zus77 uses an advanced detection system to identify duplicate registrations.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including:

• Full name as stated on your MyKad or official identification document
• A valid and accurate date of birth
• An active email address that belongs to you personally
• A mobile phone number registered in your name

Your account password is entirely your personal responsibility. zus77 will not be liable for any losses arising from sharing your password or from negligence in maintaining your account security.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

zus77 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency namely USDT, BTC and ETH. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) or its equivalent value.

The applicable transaction conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit amount: RM20 for each listed payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Within 1 hour of the request being received, subject to completed KYC verification.
• zus77 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals, however any charges imposed by the payment provider are the member's responsibility.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to internal security checks before being approved.

zus77 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases, zus77 will notify the member within a reasonable time.

Funds deposited into a zus77 account are for online gambling purposes only. zus77 does not offer financial services, loans, or credit facilities of any kind to its members.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

zus77 offers various promotions to new and existing members. Bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms of use and members are required to read the conditions of each promotion carefully before accepting any offer.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM1,500. The applicable wagering requirement is 15 times the bonus value received before the bonus funds and related winnings can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus received RM150 → Account balance RM250 → Total wagering required: RM150 × 15 = RM2,250
• Deposit RM2,200 → Bonus received RM1,500 → Account balance RM3,700 → Total wagering required: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500

Use of a bonus by more than one account, or any attempt to exploit the bonus system through methods not considered acceptable by zus77, will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and account suspension.

5. User Responsibilities and Conduct

As a zus77 member, you agree to use this platform in a responsible and ethical manner and to comply with all rules set out. You are not permitted to:

• Use automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological tools to exploit games or the platform's systems
• Discussing or collaborating with other players during a game to gain an unfair advantage (collusion)
• Carrying out any action that could be considered an attempt at money laundering or financing illegal activities
• Publishing, sending or displaying obscene, threatening or offensive content, or spreading false information through the zus77 platform
• Attempting to access another member's account or restricted areas of the platform

zus77 has a responsibility to promote responsible gambling. Members who have difficulty controlling their gambling are encouraged to contact our customer service team for information on available self-management tools, including deposit limit options, betting limits, and temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

6. Account Security and Privacy

zus77 uses SSL encryption technology for all communication between your device and our servers. Even so, you are also responsible for keeping your own account secure.

You are fully responsible for:

• Ensuring your password is strong and not shared with anyone, including family members
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices
• Notifying zus77 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
• Updating your account information if there is any change to your phone number, email address or other details

zus77 will not be held responsible for any financial loss or damage arising from your own negligence in maintaining account security, unless the loss is proven to have resulted from negligence on the part of zus77 itself.

Your personal information is managed in accordance with the zus77 Privacy Policy. You have the right to know how your data is used, to request correction of inaccurate information, and in certain circumstances, to request deletion of your personal data.

7. Changes to Terms and Termination of Service

zus77 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to members via registered email or an in-platform notice at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except in emergency situations or where required for legal compliance.

Continued use of the zus77 platform after the effective date of any changes is considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you must stop using the platform and contact customer service to close your account.

zus77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any member if:

• The member violates any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• zus77 is directed to do so by a competent authority
• The member cannot verify their eligibility or the accuracy of the information provided
• There is suspicious activity on the account that compromises the integrity of the platform

If an account is terminated for reasons that do not involve a breach of terms by the member, any valid funds remaining in the account will be returned to the member via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe.
